What can I say about cheese cakes! Ultimate delightful dessert. It could be any cheese cake, but this cake is an all time hit and thats Mocha Cheese Cake.

Its just a regular non bake cheese cake but with addition of cocoa and coffee (Yumm). I am already drooling! So I am going to share the recipe with you all and I am sure that everyone who tries it will surely be delighted.

(The Base)
- Digestive Biscuits
-1/4 cup melted butter

(The Cheese Mixture)
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese (Philadelphia cream cheese)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp gelatine
- 1/4 cup freshly brewed coffee (can use instant coffee)
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

(The Base)
1. Crush the biscuits in a food processor (or by any means)
2. Mix the melted butter well so that a smooth crust can be formed.
Set the biscuits onto the base of the tin and put aside. (Allow to rest it in the fridge while you prepare the cheese mixture).

(The Cheese Mixture)
- Beat the cream cheese well, Add in the cream, sweetened condensed milk and beat well again.
- Add in vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add in the gelatine and divide the mixture equally in two separate bowls.
- Add the coffee in one of the divided mixture and the chocolate into the other one.

Pour the chocolate mixture first on top of the biscuit base and let it set for a couple of minutes until you pour the other mixture. (to speed up this process place it in the freezer for about 15mins)
Once set pour the coffee mixture on top and then let the cake set in the fridge or freezer for about
6-8hrs or overnight.

To top it off ! Dust the top with some cocoa powder and serve!
